Stunning antique 9ct green enamel and pearl heart

A truly stunning antique enamel and pearl heart pendant.  This beautiful old heart is crafted in 9ct gold, decorated with green enamel and set with three seed pearls to the front.  There is some light wear commensurate with age but in good overall condition.  A very pretty piece of antique jewellery.
